XTAL 220 in SM 5

The 05.10.05 a offset scan was done for SM 5 varing the values from 0 to 255 (until now all the offset scan were done from 40 to 80). The offsets were recomputed again and:

• it was found that Xtal 220 works! for gain 1 if offset is 12;
• for gain 6 the pedestal vs offset has an opposite behaviour than expected, and for an offset of 255 the pedestal is 140 ADC counts;
• and for gain 12 doesn't work.

Pending: check pulse shape with laser with the new offsets.
